Vehicle Refinishers’ Workshop

Certification Europe organised a workshop specifically for vehicle refinishers in Munster before Christmas. Held in the Blarney Woollen Mills Hotel, Blarney, Cork on 13th December 2007. It was attended by 60 owners / managers of bodyshops in the region. The session provided practical information for operators in relation to the requirements of the Decorative Paints Regulations 2007.

The meeting also provided attendees with an easy step-by-step approach to preparing for their AIC inspection. It also highlighted the common pitfalls facing operators seeking inspection. With the compliance deadline of 1st March 2008 looming, the workshop will be repeated in other locations in Ireland over the next few months.
