Byrnes lifts Northern Ireland Hill Climbing title



In the forthcoming edition of the Irish Bodyshop Journal, John Loughran speaks with Frank Byrnes the recently crowned Northern Ireland Hill Climbing champion. It was with a huge sense of relief, and not a little embarrassment, that our reporter learned that Hill Climbing as a sport has nothing to do with striding up scenic climbs and imbibing fresh air with a copy of “The Lonely Planet tucked away in the rucksack.
