Spies Hecker Permaflex system generates new business for Bodyshops

A Bodyshop looking for a second profitable source of income will quickly find its way to industrial coatings. Alongside the refinishing of damaged vehicles the coating of industrial objects can keep operating facilities used to a maximum. Machines, automatic dispensers or electronic accessories – such supplementary business requires the full competency of a Bodyshop. With its new Permaflex product system Spies Hecker facilitates both access to and expansion in the industrial coating business. “The system is flexible yet manages on a limited lineup,” explains Harald Paulussen, DPC Product Manager EMEA. “Specifically Permaflex” Harald continues, “which is a coating system that builds on the Permasolid commercial vehicle top coat series 600.

With just a few additional series 500 mixing pastes as well as seven binders, a broad range of surface grades can be applied and a variety of effects and degrees of gloss achieved.” From smooth to textured, from high gloss to dull matt, Spies Hecker can provide products to meet all needs.
