09.02.2009 Close cooperation with Nissan For its paint repairs, carmaker Nissan will be resorting increasingly to Spies Hecker paint products and expertise. When it comes to vehicle refinishing, automotive producer Nissan attaches great importance to the highest quality standards, innovative technology and technical expertise. Which is reason enough for the car maker to resort to Spies Hecker’s advanced paint technology and latest know-how for repair painting.
Under a new cooperation agreement, the vehicle engineering company and Cologne-based paint manufacturer are intensifying their cooperation. From now on, Nissan dealers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland will be increasingly using paint products from Cologne. “The cooperation agreement ensures that service workshops and bodyshops use Spies Hecker materials and thus comply with Nissan’s product quality specifications,” explains Thomas Melzer, Spies Hecker Brand Manager.
The agreement specifically opens the way for closer cooperation. The car manufacturer’s service centres and subcontractors such as independent bodyshops thus gain access to technical expertise and efficient product systems for the high-grade repair of the paintwork on Nissan models.
