PPG launches Aquacron in United States
PPG Industries’ commercial coatings group in the United States has introduced Aquacron water-based, low-volatile organic compound coatings for light industrial applications. This environmentally-responsible product line includes primer and topcoat technologies designed to fit the highly varied light-industrial customer’s needs. According to Megan Farkasovsky, PPG marketing specialist, Aquacron coatings are ideal for use on trailers, doors, agricultural and construction components, airline handling equipment, electrical transmission equipment, and similar spray-and-ship applications. “These low-VOC, water-based products can be used by manufacturers under multiple application conditions,” Farkasovsky said. “They are a great complement to our existing product offering.”
