Standox Is Ready For 2007 Regulations
The 2007 EU Paint and Products Directive, is good new for the industry and will bring a “whole host of new product and financial benefits” to bodyshops, according to Standox sales David Dempsey.
Dempsey say those bodyshops that “ currently use solvent borne (Standox Basislack) basecoat, 2K MS colour (Standox 2K MS Standocryl) and 2 K MS clearcoats will need to move to compliant waterborne (Standohyd) basecoats and 2K HS Clearcoats to remain within the law.”
He added: “At Standox we believe that this new legislation is good news for the industry, as along with compliancy, comes a whole host of new product and financial benefits.
