The Refinish Academy Opens

The Refinish Academy, the UK and Ireland's leading refinish training facility, is now open. Officially opened by Sir Stirling Moss OBE, the new centre combines expert tuition, the latest hardware and advanced waterborne coatings in modern, spacious surroundings.



The Refinish Academy is also one of the largest dedicated refinish training centres in Europe with nearly 20,000 sq ft of productive and teaching space. At a time when many refinish training schools are cutting back or moving to smaller premises, the opening of this large and superbly equipped centre marks a major development for the future of refinishing in the UK and Ireland.

Stevenage was chosen as the site for The Refinish Academy because of its central location and good road, rail and air links.
