3M unveils two new products

3M’s Automotive Aftermarket Division has recently unveiled two new products –  the Hookit Flexible Abrasive Sheets range and 3M Hookit Trizact Fine Finishing Foam Discs.

3M says the new products highlight the difference  the new 6000 discs can make to polishing critical colours when used as part of a recommended paint rectification process.

3m is also advising bodyshops that training is an important part of the 3M offering – its entire salesforce is trained to the highest technical standards. This enables them to develop solutions and training programmes that help optimise profitability through best practice in bodyshop process management.

3M also provides a wealth of process videos, which are available online, along with downloadable process charts, further increasing knowledge access and reach to bodyshop professionals.  3M recently won the Bodyshop Training Provider of the Year Award, which is testament to the support it offers the body repair market.
