A new Standox additive extends refinish window

To help refinishers get even better results when working on large surfaces or at high temperatures, Standox has introduced a new additive: Standocryl VOC 2K Additive slow.

“This new additive is a slower version of the current Standocryl VOC 2K Additive,” says Kevin Welling, Training Academy Manager for Axalta Coatings Systems in the UK and Ireland.

“Standocryl VOC 2K Additive slow has been designed to be used with Standocryl VOC Xtra Clear K9560 and Standocryl VOC 2K Clear K9550. So when refinishers are working on large jobs or in hot conditions, they can still take their time and achieve a high-quality finish without the worry that the clear coat will dry too quickly.”
