Next month’s MechanExpert Roadshow has been cancelled.
The event’s organisers made the call due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis.
In a statement, a MechanExpert spokesperson said: “We are cancelling the MechanExpert Roadshows scheduled for April 28-30. The safety of our staff, suppliers and visitors is the priority and as a business we must mitigate the risk of spreading the virus where possible.
“For the moment, the planned Roadshows on June 9-11 and September 15-17 remain in the diary. We are also committed to attending the Auto Trade EXPO on October 17-18. Please remain confident that we are also committed to the ongoing success that these roadshows have provided for the mechanics who attend them.
“We look forward to welcoming mechanics to our future roadshows but in the meantime would encourage you to follow government advice on the coronavirus and adhere to all health guidelines and social distancing recommendations.”
