‘AudaTarget’ launched into Irish market

Solera Audatex has launched ‘AudaTarget’ into the Irish market. It enables data-driven smart decisions throughout the accident-to-settlement experience from First Notification of Loss (FNOL).

Using Solera’s software and data from the Irish automotive market, AudaTarget now leverages the power of historic data to predict next best actions in the motor claims workflow. This enables improvements to the overall claims experiences through increased triage accuracy and automated predictive modelling.

The platform empowers the claims handler to gain greater operational efficiencies, control costs and provide superior customer service, with the ultimate aim of getting drivers back on the road, as quickly and safely as possible.

From FNOL to repair allocation, AudaTarget enables the claims handler to improve triage accuracy. Using AudaTarget’s image and damage capture capabilities, images of the vehicle’s damage can be collected onsite while accident damage and severity are recorded and analysed to provide a highly accurate repair estimate or total loss decision.

This ensures only repairable vehicles are brought into the repair network, whilst speeding up total loss settlement. AudaTarget’s configurable rules engine then supports the claims handler to ensure all repairable vehicles are allocated efficiently, reducing key-to-key times.

AudaTarget includes:

  • Damage Capture Triage: The claims handler is able to digitally capture damage position and severity to determine a repair versus total loss decision while inputs are processed through a Total Loss propensity model based on millions of historic assessments.
  • Guided Image Capture: This allows the claims handler to send a SMS request to the driver to capture images of the vehicle’s condition, with no app download required. Images received are sorted directly within AudaTarget to perform highly accurate triage. To provide full access, and the ability to integrate across all platforms, Guided Image Capture is now available via API.
  • AudaTarget RPM: Our highly configurable rules engine supports the automation of the assignment processes to determine the next best action including auto-authorise, desk review or full review.
  • Repair Allocation Manager (RAM): Upon a repair decision, the platform ensures the vehicle is allocated to the right repairer, at the right time, for each customer.

Each AudaTarget module can be used on its own or in concert with other aspects of the solution suite, providing users flexibility to benefit from multiple capabilities to enhance and complement existing workflows.

Christopher Wright, MD at Solera Audatex UK & Ireland, commented: “Following the successful launch of Audaenterprisegold into the Irish market in 2017, we have been working hard to bring other Solera solutions to the local market and utilising historical countrywide claims data to ensure accuracy at every touch point of the claim.

“By launching AudaTarget, we’re helping our customers tackle the growing need to digitise the claims process and speeding up the overall process for both the customer and insurer.”
