PPG makes third bid for AkzoNobel
PPG has made a third offer to acquire Akzo Nobel for $28.8 billion. PPG had already offered to buy the Dutch paint-maker for $26.3 billion but its advances had been rejected. Vauxhall and PPG sign long term agreement
Vauxhall and PPG in the UK have signed a new long term agreement which sees PPG become an official approved paint supplier for paint repairs. The agreement confirms that both of the Nexa Autocolor and PPG brands are now fully approved on the Vauxhall programme. PPG was selected by Vauxhall for this preferred paint partnership status
