Bahco ‘Fit & Go’ service delivers tools pre-loaded in profiled inlays

Bahco’s ‘Fit & Go’ tool management service provides tools pre-fitted into profiled inlays for immediate use in Irish automotive workshops or body shops.

Customers choose the tools or tool groups they need and they are fitted and delivered by Bahco, ready to put straight into trolley drawers.

To help guard against foreign object debris (FOD) all foam inlays are coloured black with a red base, enabling users to see at a glance which tools have been taken out. Other layer colours can be selected using Bahco’s Configurator software.

A ‘smart push’ system enables each tool to be lifted from the inlay quickly and easily, saving valuable time for engineers and technicians.

Ideal for use in compact Bahco tool trolleys designed for small to medium sized workplaces, Fit & Go offers three different inlay sizes providing from 46 to 137 profiled tool spaces. All inlays resist lubricants, petrol, water and UV light.

Bahco has also introduced an ‘Xpand’ modular system for compact trolleys which enables additional capacity to be added.
Accessories include worktops made from composite, chestnut wood, MDF or stainless steel, a laptop, work manual or document holder and side panels for attaching more tools. There’s even a height adjustable coat hanger.

A stability system prevents the trolley from rocking over while a dual braking system avoids movement in any direction. Shock resisting corner bumpers guard against collisions and only one drawer can be opened at once. Three secure locking options are available.
