Black is back
Black was the top selling new car colour sold in in the Republic of Ireland in September.
There were 831 new black coloured cars sold in September. That accounted for 26.17 per cent of all new cars registered. Silver/Aluminium was second with 674 sales, which equates to 21.23 per cent.
Surprise surprise, yellow (6), Purple (5) and Orange at the bottom with just four prop up the league table in September.
