Bodyshop Symposium – a huge success

An unique Bodyshop Symposium, which included presentations from industry experts focusing on an alternative independent vision for the Irish accident repair industry, has been branded a “huge success” by hosts Synergy Vehicle Refinishing Solutions Ireland Ltd.

The “Playing Our Own Game” Symposium took place at the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, Dublin on Wednesday and focused on the changes that are taking place in the industry and set out to evaluate how these changes will effect the sector.

What might the future for the repair industry look like? What options do Irish repairers have to remain profitable and viable?  How do repairers regain at least some control of their own destiny?

These were some of the topical questions, the seminar addressed. The Symposium also offered an alternative vision for the Irish bodyshop. A vision where we remind ourselves what has made, not only our bodyshops, but our small nation so successful. Punching above our weight in so many arenas, both in business and in sport across the world.

Former Ireland Rugby Coach, Eddie O’Sullivan made a surprise appearance at the Symposium and outlined his unique take on management, which brought Ireland great success during his tenure.
