BASF’s colour design team has presented new colours and colour concepts for the automotive industry. The ninth edition of the global Automotive Color Trends is characterised by the commitment to actively shaping and developing refinish solutions for cars of the future.
In late 2017 BASF’s premium paint brand, Glasurit launched its first product line that helps save fossil raw materials and reduce CO2. And after the first year, it has been revealed that Glasurit Eco Balance product line has enabled Glasurit to save 90.7kgs of CO2 since its launch.
Glasurit has signed a Silver Partner agreement with WorldSkills Kazan, making it an official sponsor in the “Car Painting” category at the WorldSkills competition.
Glasurit dedicated its booth at this year’s Techno-Classica in Essen to answering two key paint-related questions posed by classic car owners: Where can I find the original colour of my vehicle? And where can I have my classic car professionally refinished?
