CD Group’s Terry Knox named chair of ATR International AG

CD Group managing director, Terry Knox, has been named as the new chairman of the supervisory board of ATR International AG.

This was announced at the recent annual shareholders meeting, held in Budapest, Hungary which was a resounding success for all involved.

Mr Knox, who has been a member of the ATR board since 2014, replaces outgoing chairman Kurt Schnyder, from SAG Schweiz AG.

ATR International AG is one of the most established and future-oriented trade cooperation’s of leading wholesalers in the independent automotive aftermarket worldwide. Based in Stuttgart, Germany, the roots of ATR was the foundation of obtaining a stronger position in the purchase of car parts, car accessories, and workshop equipment.

CD Group is a third generation, 61-year-old, family-owned and operated wholesale distribution business, with branches in Belfast, Dublin and Cork.

ATR International AG says it aims to gain market leadership in Europe and to be represented on all other continents, along with further enhancing services and to assist independent car repair businesses to become more competitive.
