Cromax launches dynamic new brand video

Cromax has released a new video designed to show a clear overview of the brand’s values, most notably its inextricable links with productivity and profitability. Combining slick production values, 3D animation and live action, the video was shot on location at the brand’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) training headquarters in Mechelen, Belgium.

The video, which can be found at www.cromax.com/gb in the About Us/Who We Are section, depicts how a bodyshop manages throughput with fast, accurate and durable refinishing processes thanks to Cromax products and services. It chronicles a vehicle owner’s journey from delivering their car to a Cromax bodyshop for repair, to receiving the vehicle back and awarding the bodyshop a five-star review. At every stage it reveals how Cromax can help to promote excellent customer retention.

Anthony Cashel, Marketing Manager for Axalta Coating Systems in the UK and Ireland, says, “the new three-minute-long video is a simple, useful and effective communications tool for a range of our stakeholders. Our sales teams can refer potential users to it for them to get a flavour of the brand and its products and services. Our importers, distributors and bodyshops can embed the video on their websites or play it at points of sale to show the dynamism of the Cromax brand in practice. But however it is used, the message from the video is clear: Cromax offers innovative paint repair systems and helps to support its bodyshops in their everyday work, driving productivity.”

The video features colour matching tools like the ChromaVision spectrophotometer, and ChromaWeb, the comprehensive colour retrieval and product management software package. E-CTC, the new web-based training software from Cromax that enables refinishers to develop their skills without leaving the bodyshop, also plays a role in the video.

“The video underscores who we are and what we do, in an innovative and visually-engaging way, while reinforcing our brand’s ethos. We’ve received very positive responses to it, and we hope that it will help our current and potential bodyshops to have an even better understanding of what Cromax stands for,” says Cashel.

The video is currently available in English, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish and Russian.
