Daimler approves new Car-O-Liner CDR1 workstation

Daimler AG, the parent company of Mercedes-Benz, has approved the new Car-O-Liner cosmetic dent repair CDR1 workstation.

Car-O-Liner says its close partnership with Daimler AG continues through this global recommendation, which places this all-in-one cosmetic dent repair CDR 1 workstation among other Car-O-Liner equipment approved by the German automaker.

This includes the BenchRack; 6300, 5500 & 5000, Evo 1-2-3, CMI3000 II, PNP90 XT2 and Car-O-Tronic Vision2 X2 & X3.

Designed for the repair of small to medium auto body damage, the CDR1 is a value-packed repair cart that allows workshops to quickly and efficiently provide professional repairs of light cosmetic damage on steel or aluminium body parts.

Car-O-Liner says quick cosmetic collision repairs generate good margins, faster cycle times and a decreased need for investments in expensive, heavy equipment. The CDR1 also meets OEM demands for smart, quick repair solutions.

The wide range of colour-coded tools are neatly arranged to preserve tool integrity and make identification easier. Each drawer has a custom, padded insert: steel, aluminium, glue, holder and push-pull kits.

The Basic Kit contains equipment and materials for steel and aluminium repair, including the workstation and the CR235 Combi Spotter.

Add an additional drawer for repair using glue and you get the Advanced Kit. And finally, by adding the Holding and Push-Pull drawers the Master Kit is achieved.

“With its small footprint the Car-O-Liner CDR1 workstation is perfect for all workshops,” the company says. “The workstation may be rolled to wherever it is needed. The CDR1 is truly a total repair solution for small to medium collision damage repair.”
