Dublin-based Melotrans Group acquired by AAG

Alliance Automotive Group UK has completed the acquisition of Dublin-based Melotrans Group Ltd.

The Melotrans Group is a parts supply specialist and is made up of Ballyfermot Autoparts, Finglas Auto Parts and Tallaght Auto Parts.

The group has sales of around €7 million and employs 33 people.

The deal marks AAG’s first motor factor acquisition in the Republic of Ireland.
