At the event the Enterprise Rent-A-Car team ARMS to attendees, which allows bodyshop professionals to be in direct, real-time control of car rentals for their customers (while their own vehicles are being serviced) from start to finish.

The bespoke ARMS B2B booking tool is provided free of charge to vehicle repairers and lets users make rental reservations, create repeat renter profiles, provide specific billing authorisations and manage and maintain extensions for ongoing rentals.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car will also design an effective scheme of booking authorisation with users of the system, ensuring people have sufficient authority to fulfil their needs independently, while taking measure to control this area of spend. The B2B online booking tool is web based which means reservations can be made outside normal working hours 24 hours, seven days a weeks. By placing bookings directly into the Enterprise Rent-A-Car rental system, clients would be guaranteed vehicle availability.

Speaking at the APB Ireland National Meeting in Croke Park, JP Denker, Head of Replacement Division, Enterprise Rent-A-Car Ireland commented: “Running a bodyshop means handling hundreds of customers whose priority is to stay mobile while their own cars are being repaired or serviced. Here at Enterprise we understand that what busy businesses want from replacement vehicles is an exceptional service at a lower cost than if personnel had to source and provide vehicles directly.”

“Our patented ARMS technology allows auto body professionals to stay focused on their core business offering, safe in the knowledge that the online booking platform is looking after their customers replacement car needs and from a business perspective, the management and cost side of the service is fully transparent and monitored at all times.”
