Fix Auto and Novus Glass acquire Frank Byrnes Autobody Repairs

Fix Auto and Novus Glass have acquired Frank Byrnes Autobody Repairs in Oranmore, Co. Galway.

The industry renowned bodyshop in the west of Ireland, which has been a mainstay of manufacturer and insurer approved repairer networks for the past 17 years has been purchased by Managed Automotive Repair Networks Limited (MARN) and is set to become an integral part of Fix Auto’s global network of close to 1,000 repairers.

Frank Byrnes founded Frank Byrnes Autobody Repairs in 2003 in Clarenbridge, Co.Galway and quickly built a strong reputation. By 2008 the business had grown to such an extent that the company moved to a new 8,000sq.ft. purpose built premises in Oranmore.

Constant investment in the latest bodyshop technology has since ensured that Frank Byrnes Autobody Repairs remains very much at the cutting edge of the accident repair industry.

Trevor Lee, director of operations for Fix Auto in Ireland told us: “We are absolutely delighted to have secured this incredibly high-profile repairer which is renowned within the industry for its quality of repairs.
