Hella holds Mobile Air Conditioning Handling Certification (F-Gas) training course

Hella Ireland is holding a one-day training course on Mobile Air Conditioning Handling Certification (F-Gas) at its training academy, in Woodford Business Park, Santry, Dublin 17.

The training course takes place on Tuesday, April 1, and will be repeated on the following day. Course fee is €240 and must be pre-paid by Direct Debit or Credt Card.

The Course topics:
F-Gas certification training in accordance with EU Regulation 307/2008, Article 3, Section 2
Introduction to refrigeration and how it works
Function of the different components in an air conditioning system
HSE regulations
Rules surrounding refrigerant handling and A/C system maintenance
Accident prevention
Individual practical and theory assessments.
The course aims to:
• To provide delegates with a sound basic knowledge of the legislation surrounding F-Gases. • Highlight health and safety issues and show what precautions need to be taken when
handling refrigerant. • Test the delegates ability to recover, test and recharge a mobile air conditioning system.
Prerequisites:
• Relevant practical experience. • The knowledge of how to use air conditioning equipment. • Must complete the pre-assessment at www.hella.com/techworld.
