Jaguar Land Rover approves Car-O-Liner CTR 9 welder

The Car-O-Liner CTR 9 Resistance Spot Welder has received global approval from Jaguar Land Rover.

The CTR 9 welder went through a Boronated Steel Resistance Spot Welder testing protocol which includes a number of various structural and cross section tests.

The tests were performed on different Boronated steel combinations to ensure the quality of the welds perfomance. Jaguar Land Rover said the CTR 9 passed these tests “with flying colours”, meeting the high quality welding requirements set by the auto maker.

“Jaguar Land Rover recognises that the high performance CTR9 welder meets their requirements for high-quality repairs of their modern, technologically advanced vehicles,” said Jonny Jangdin, product manager at Car-O-Liner.
