Joe Duffy Group acquires Karmann Volkswagen

The Joe Duffy Group have received approval from the Competition & Consumer Protection Commission to acquire Karmann Volkswagen.


Based on the North Road in Dublin 11, Karmann Volkswagen is a busy business with a large customer base and a loyal and long-serving team. Under the transaction purchase agreement, which will see the 24 Karmann Volkswagen employees transfer to the Joe Duffy Group, this will be the Group’s 12 dealership.
