Mirka Aros-B a winner at SEMA

Mirka’s Aros-B was named 2019 Global Media Award winner at the SEMA trade show, which was recently held in Las Vegas. The cordless sander was picked among thousands of products by a panel of international judges.

Mats Bystedt, portfolio manager for power tools at Mirka expressed his delight at winning the award: “We are extremely honoured, it shows that the countless hours we’ve spent trying to understand the needs of the operators in the automotive industry have paid off. To meet the high expectations of professional users is not an easy task.

This year’s awards program included about 30 judges from 22 countries. Each judge carefully reviewed and evaluated nearly 3,000 product entries at SEMA before selecting the products that they felt would resonate and appeal most to consumers in their home countries. The Mirka Aros-B was selected for the award by Speed and Sound Magazine from South Africa.
