Mirka set to unveil new range of abrasives at Automechanika

Mirka is launching a new range of abrasives, especially developed for aluminium sanding, where non corroding products are becoming more and more important, at Automechanika in Frankfurt, Germany next month.

During the last year, Mirka has successfully launched its new generation of electric sanders. Mirka DEROS has been awarded both the IF product Design Award 2014 and the Red Dot Industrial Design Award 2014. Mirka DEROS is playing an important part of the Mirka Future Bodyshop Solutions. The usage of electric sanders instead of traditional pneumatic sanders has become more common in many markets, thanks to the company’s outstanding innovative electric sander, Mirka DEROS.

In the beginning of the 21st Century, Mirka introduced Abranet and dust-free sanding. The company’s patented and state-of-the-art net abrasives have made a turnaround in the abrasive market, both when it comes to health and safety as well as economic and environmental aspects. Abranet Ace together with the OSP System are the newest innovations and are together with tools and polishing solutions an important part of Mirka Future Bodyshop Solutions.
