Mirka sponsors WorldSkills São Paulo 2015

Abrasives specialists, Mirka is sponsoring of the automotive paint category for the WorldSkills São Paulo 2015, which is taking place this week.

Mirka, a world leader in abrasives technology innovation and one of the biggest abrasive manufacturers for the automotive market globally is a major sponsor of the automotive paint category for the WorldSkills São Paulo 2015.

Held every two years, the WorldSkills Competition is the world’s largest professional education event. Competitors from over 50 countries and regions in the Americas, Europe, Asia, South Pacific and Africa simulate real work challenges that must be completed to international standards of quality. They demonstrate individual and collective technical skills to perform specific tasks for each of the professional skills. 

It is the first time in history that the WorldSkills Competition will be held in Latin America. Approximately 1,200 registered Competitors from more than 60 countries and regions are expected to participate.
