Mobiletron moves to TecDoc

Europe’s leading parts information data provider TecDoc, is delighted to announce that Mobiletron UK Ltd is the latest replacement parts manufacturer to join the ranks and achieve official data supplier status for its CATALOG system.

Mobiletron is a specialist in the manufacture of electronic systems and subsystems for the automotive industry and is a prominent supplier both under its own brand, as well as supplying several other well-known aftermarket suppliers with private label products.
Commenting on the agreement, Mobiletron’s technical and product manager, Michael Huang said: “Despite being active in the area of automotive electronics for more than 30 years, it is still necessary for us to expand our reach and raise the awareness of our brand throughout the sector.

“There are several ways to achieve this objective, but to have a presence on the predominant parts data system across the whole of Europe, is clearly a sensible approach as it allows us to appear on the computer screens of literally thousands of replacement part specifiers.
“In addition, many of the products that we produce, particularly those related to engine management such as Lambda sensors, crank angle sensors, mass air flow meters and even ignition coils, are often sourced through the franchised dealer network, and so lost to the aftermarket altogether. TecDoc users however know these products are widely available from aftermarket suppliers and understandably, we want to access more of this business.”
