New high-grip glue pads from Power-Tec

New from specialist bodyshop tool and equipment supplier Power-Tec are these assorted sets of oval (part number 92637) and round (part number 92638), high-grip suction pads designed to be used with glue-gun or slide-hammer type dent pullers.

The design of the face of the pad, plus the reinforced collar, offers improved contact between pad and glue, increasing the pulling force on the damaged panel, according to the company.

Both are 20-piece sets: 92637 comprises five each of 18x9mm, 26x13mm 32x16mm and 42x21mm pads; 92638 comprises five each of 16, 21, 26 and 32mm pads.

Once the dent has been lifted, the pads and glue can be removed with a release spray, leaving the panel intact and paint undisturbed.

Suitable for use with the Power-Tec glue gun (part number 91237), the Power-Tec pneumatic dent puller (part number 92395) and the Power-Tec dent removal glue kit (part number 92379).
