New look NCT cert now in circulation

The National Car Testing Service (NCTS) has commenced the issuing of a new look NCT certificate.

The new cert contains a large number of security features along with a very small change to the colour of the certificate and disc.

Previous certs issued will still be valid until they expire, the NCTS said.
