New Monroe.com website

Tenneco’s globally respected Monroe® shock absorbers brand now has a unified global website – www.monroe.com – to serve as a comprehensive online resource for professionals and consumers interested in ride control technologies.

monroe.com
The new site automatically detects the user’s Internet protocol (IP) address and presents all appropriate Monroe® brand content, in the native language, for that market.

The new Monroe.com site offers extensive information on each of the brand’s ride control products as well as links to online catalogues, a merchandising shop and free technical training videos and other materials.

In fact, the site is believed to be the first manufacturer-developed online resource in the European aftermarket to offer free access to all technical videos, bulletins and other tools designed to help professionals diagnose and repair today’s vehicles

“Tenneco is committed to being the industry leader in technical training and diagnostic support. The new Monroe.com website represents a new benchmark for access to ride control technical information for all customers, including distributors, workshop professionals and consumers who want to learn about the very latest technologies and vehicle service requirements,” said Olivier Schyns, senior marketing manager, European aftermarket, Tenneco. ‘We will continue to expand our content to reflect new products and emerging service trends so customers will be able to find the answers they need with every visit.”

The videos available through the site can be downloaded at no charge for use in distributor and workshop training clinics, as waiting area programs, on workshop websites and for personal training. High-resolution product images and the Monroe® logo are also available for free download. In addition to ride control videos, the site offers access to Tenneco’s extensive series of Walker® emissions control diagnostic programs.
