Newmarket Motors Awarded Volkswagen Commercial Dealer of the Year

Newmarket Motors has been awarded Commercial Dealer of the year 2013 at the recent Volkswagen Gold Pin Awards. The award, which celebrates excellence within the Volkswagen dealer network, recognises excellence in a number of areas including sales performance, local market share and overall customer experience and is the highest honour that a Volkswagen retailer can achieve in this area.

The award was presented to Sean Browne, Dealer Principal of Newmarket Motors by Simon Elliott, CEO Volkswagen Group Ireland, at an awards ceremony held in Powerscourt Hotel in Wicklow which was hosted by actor and Volkswagen Ambassador Simon Delaney.

Commenting on the award, Sean Browne said he was delighted to achieve such an accolade. “We are delighted to be recognised as Commercial dealer of the year 2013. We always strive to be the best at what we do, but to be singled out of the 26 Volkswagen Commercial dealerships nationwide is a huge honor and I would like to thank the team at Newmarket motors for all of their hard work and diligence”

Not only was Newmarket recognised for Commercial Vehicle dealer of the year, they also received the award for Volkswagen Service Dealer of the Year. This is the third time Newmarket has won this award and it will be officially presented at an event in Germany later in the year. “It is with pride that we are once more recognised for our customer service experience” commented Sean. Voted by individual customers, the award is a testament to the long standing reputation Newmarket Motors has for providing quality service as well as the excellent relationship the Dealership has with its many customers.
