Nexa Autocolor launches ActiveWeb

Nexa Autocolor has launched its new ActiveWeb video designed to highlight the benefits of the claims management system for a variety of stakeholders in the claims process including repairers, insurers, fleet operators and policy holders.

ActiveWeb; the internet based communication platform provides seamless visibility and interactivity throughout the complete claim and repair process. ActiveWeb records, drives and measures every aspect of the repair lifecycle. Currently ActiveWeb is processing over 67,000 new claims every month and so far has processed over 3.3 million claims.

The new ActiveWeb video has been designed to showcase the benefits of ActiveWeb from several user perspectives focusing on how ActiveWeb has supported the delivery of service level improvement and cost reduction throughout the entire motor claim process.
