Novus Glass Ireland has added a new centre to its growing network, Novus Glass Dublin.
The new centre’s MD, Robert Kane has worked in the Irish automotive industry for the last 17 years, gaining valuable experience in sales & service. Having started his career with a nationwide tyre company, Kane quickly moved into management role in this leading aftermarket company. After giving over 12 years dedication to the role, Kane joined one of Ireland’s most influential dealer groups and quickly excelled through a junior role to become a senior executive, learning vast skills passed on.
Now Kane, part owner of Sanity System and Novus Glass Dublin, is bringing new innovative products to the market in the automotive and other sectors globally and by partnering with Novus Glass, has been able to expand his horizons even further.
Robert Kane is part of the Phoenix Automotive group of companies, headed by David Byrne, who is a leading Irish automotive coach and consultant and founder of Phoenix Coaching and Consultancy. Having previously spent 15 years in the industry in both wholesale and retail, Byrne and his team work with retailers, distributors and finance institutions driving and maximising profitability through modern retail practices and dynamic processes.
David Byrne is a graduate of Smurfit Business School UCD, and currently lectures in Technological University Dublin where he specialises in Business Psychology & Behaviour.
He also owns a number of other businesses within the industry including Irelands only inbound lead generation and management centre – AutoReact, Sanity Systems and now Novus Glass Dublin.
