Permahyd Hi-TEC additive for all climatic conditions

For optimum blending-in results in extreme climatic conditions, Spies Hecker has launched Permahyd Hi-TEC Blend-in Additive 1051.

SH-1051-Additive2With its ease of application, short application times and reliable results, the Permahyd Hi-TEC 480 waterborne basecoat system helps refinishers achieve efficiency in the spraybooth, even in less than optimum conditions.

“The new Permahyd Hi-TEC Blend-in Additive 1051 allows flexibility in the application window. It creates a very smooth and even fade-out zone even in low relative humidity and at 30°C or more,” says Daniel Hartland, brand marketing coordinator, Spies Hecker UK and Ireland.

Flawless results on large surfaces as well
The product is applied undiluted to the transition zone bordering the original paintwork and the Permahyd Hi-TEC waterborne basecoat is blended straight into the wet film. “The additive is particularly suited to large surfaces,” Hartland adds.

Improved process security
Spies Hecker is constantly refining its products to give modern bodyshops even better support. “We adapt application parameters of Permahyd Hi-TEC 480 to our customers’ needs so they can achieve optimum results in nearly every conceivable climatic condition,” says Hartland.
