Plastic Repair Alliance Council formed
Plasnomic, the newly-founded global authority in plastic repair, has brought together a number of respected individuals from across the collision repair ecosystem to form the Plastic Repair Alliance Council.
The global council (all pictured) comprises senior leaders and technical experts from influential organisations in the industry, including 3M, ARA, AkzoNobel, Boyd Group, Caliber Collision, Mirka, PPG, Polyvance, SEM, and others.
Representing a diverse, cross-regional coalition, the council spans North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Australia.

“This marks a significant milestone for the global collision repair industry and a proud moment for all involved,” said Brian Driehorst, CEO of Plasnomic. “It reflects a unified commitment across stakeholders to set aside differences and work collaboratively to elevate repair standards worldwide.

Driehorst said the council members maintain strong working relationships with leading paint companies, MSOs, OEMs, and insurance providers, further enhancing their influence and impact.
Established in 2025, Plasnomic describes itself as a global initiative dedicated to standardising and certifying plastic repair processes in the collision industry.
