PPG launches ColorMobile colour retrieval software
PPG Automotive Refinish has introduced ColorMobile, a colour retrieval tool, that is designed for smartphones and tablets.
The new ColorMobile tool allows quick and easy mobile retrieval of the most up-to-date colour formulations from PPG Industries. 
Bodyshop professionals using PPG and Nexa Autocolor products now have free 24/7 access to the latest Primes, Variants and Special formulas which are updated daily.

Combining new productivity functions and responsive software design, the ColorMobile software offers streamlined searching based on a user’s individual preferences,for example by vehicle type, manufacturer and unit of measure. In addition to this ColorMobile allows quick and easy retrieval of combination colour formulations i.e. bumpers, trims and sills.
The new mobile colour retrieval solution also has email capability. “The email functionality allows quick sharing of colour formulations – a great tool for distributors to stay connected with customers when colour formulations are required,” added Maxine.
ColorMobile is available now and intended exclusively for users of PPG and Nexa Autocolor branded products. Subscribers to the ‘Online-Color Formulations’ desktop version can utilise their same user ID and password for the ColorMobile application to obtain full colour formula information.
