PPG’s major advance in colour technology

PPG’s new High Chroma Tinters for Envirobase High Performance represent another major advance in colour technology, according to the company.

PPG’s new range of High Chroma Tinters for Envirobase High Performance basecoat represents a breakthrough in waterborne colour capability. This allows bodyshops to further optimise the quality of the final repair and achieve an excellent finish.

These five new non-stir toners utilise PPG’s existing cutting edge pigment expertise and also benefit from a major advance in grinding technology that delivers enhanced colour match accuracy for the cleaner, brighter colours that are increasingly being favoured and launched by OEM’s.

Colourmatchers will find that these new tinters give them unprecedented colour accuracy, particularly for red and blue metallic and pearl colours and are an example of PPG’s ongoing commitment to colour quality and flexible, easy to use products.
