Ring sells operations to Osram

Ring Automotive, a specialist in lighting, inspection and power management for passenger and light commercial vehicles, has agreed the sale of its operations to Osram, a global lighting manufacturer.

In a statement, Ring said: “Both businesses feel that this combination will be mutually beneficial and will result in many opportunities to complement each other’s offering to the automotive aftermarket.”
