SATA sets the standard at Automechanika

SATA is setting the stand for spray guns, compressed air filters and worker health protection at Automechanika in Frankfurt, Germany this week.

SATA works in close cooperation with painters from various trades and industries as well as its research and development departments with application technicians from the leading paint manufacturers to produce superior products of the highest quality.

SATA is represented in Ireland by Shop Bodyshop Direct, which is running a its summer promotion 2016 offering an extremely practical and useful SATA multi tool free of charge with every Satajet 5000 b spray gun purchased until stocks are exhausted.

The inclusion of this unique Sata multi tool is an opportunity to remind spray gun users of the value of maintaining a spray gun meticulously.

Whilst many people may not consider a spray gun as an overly complex piece of engineering, it is in fact engineered to very fine tolerances, and consequently cleanliness is paramount to maintain optimum performance.

The Sata multi tool has thirteen individual implements available to allow the removal and replacement of the various serviceable components of the spray gun, as well as other more general tools such as the pliers for other tasks.

Of course, whilst having the tools required to enable the safe disassembly of a spray gun is essential, the actual cleaning of the gun itself using either a waterborne or solvent-based solution is a task that should be conducted most thoroughly.
