Stanners introduces Expert range of welding equipment

Leading bodyshop and garage equipment supplier Stanners, has recently launched the Expert range of easy to operate, mid-priced quality welders for bodyshops. Manufactured in Germany there are three welders within the range.

The 1T Expert is a single one torch Mig welder designed for steel, and brass welding. The optional Aluminium spool gun is ideal for splits and tears on wings etc. With a range of 15 to 200 amps it is able to cope with welding thicker as well as thinner panels, and the 3-phase unit exceeds most car manufacturers specifications, including Audi, Volkswagen and BMW. This unit is a programmable synergic machine making it easy to operate.

The Spot Expert is the latest simple to use water cooled inverter welder with lightweight transformer X-pliers. With its long, 5 metre cable it is ideal for not only cars but commercial vehicles too. It has 550 DAN tip pressure and 13000 amps and again surpasses most modern vehicle requirements including Volkswagen, Audi and PAS 125.

The third welder to complete this excellent range is the 3T Expert. The 3 torch Mig welder has all the capabilities and features of the 1T expert, however, the 3T can hold all 3 types of wire and holds two gas bottles on the back at the same time. Therefore when changing from brass to steel to aluminium there is no changing of wires, torches or gases. Just pick up the torch and weld!

All machines are delivered set-up and operatives are given certificated training with ongoing support and service from Stanners national sales and service team.
