The 2023 Mazda MX-5 offers greater choice

Mazda’s new 2023 MX-5 features new a body, soft top and interior colour choices, along with a new grade structure offering comprehensive equipment specifications on even entry-level models.

A new exterior colour, ‘Zircon Sand’, replaces ‘Polymetal Grey’, while the MX-5 roadster’s soft-top is now available in brown, which replaces the red finish.

A new, three grade structure offers a choice of the ‘Prime-Line’ entry grade, ‘Exclusive-Line’ mid grade and the top-of-the-range ‘Homura grade’.

Exclusive-Line and Homura models may be equipped with an optional Driver Assistance pack, which bolsters the MX-5’s already comprehensive range of i-Activsense driver assistance technology.

The Homura grade boasts numerous sporting features including Recaro seats and black mirror caps. Homura versions fitted with the Skyactiv-G 2.0 184 PS engine are additionally equipped with a Brembo brake system, Bilstein dampers, a strut bar and forged BBS alloy wheels.

Also in the range, the Homura with a Skyactiv-G 1.5 132 PS engine featuring RAYS alloy rims.

Two new special edition models, ‘Kazari’ and ‘Kizuna’, are identified by unique colour combinations: Kazari features Terracotta Nappa leather upholstery, a brown soft top and a black hard top, whilst Kizuna combines white Nappa leather upholstery with a blue soft top and a black hard top. Both models are equipped, as standard, with the Driver Assistance pack.

The Skyactiv-G 1.5 132 PS engine is now available across the entire MX-5 model range. And automatic transmission is also available exclusively on Skyactiv-G 2.0 RF Special Edition models.
