Trico OE on new Volkswagen T7 and ID Buzz

Wiper blade manufacturer Trico is the new original equipment manufacturer for front and rear wiper blades on Volkswagen’s T7 and ID Buzz.

The fully-electric ID Buzz, which was recently crowned Continental Tyres Irish Car of the Year 2023, and the plug-in hybrid T7 van will both come fitted with Trico wiper blades as OE.

Trico’s ‘X1’ design blade is used for the front wipers of both models, a blade that has previously been validated by VAG group and is already supplied as OE for multiple models. This same design blade is available to Trico’s aftermarket customers in the recently launched Exact Fit range of vehicle specific wiper kits.
