Trico scoops product of the year award

OE wiper blade manufacturer, Trico, has been presented with the product of the year award for its Flex range, by its UK distributor A1 Motor Stores.

Trico and A1 Motor Stores have been partnered for more than a decade, with members able to offer their customers a range of wiper blades that boast OE quality, safety and performance.

After relaunching in 2020, the Flex range offering provides increased vehicle coverage – including the latest fitment for late Mercedes A-Class, B-Class and C-Class models – as well as being precision engineered with the latest Trico OE blade structure.

The Flex range utilises Trico’s innovative new Trico Sync connection system – five clips covering the nine most-popular wiper arm types, which can be added or removed in just one second – and newly-designed laser cut beam technology for superior pressure distribution.

In response to customer feedback, a new ‘top mount’ retro-fit connection system has been developed to upgrade older style conventional blades to modern beam technology, with an even sleeker styling than previously.

The Flex range allows customers to step-up from the conventional wiper to premium beam blade technology – but at a reasonable price.

It’s for these reasons that the range was recognised with the product of the year award by A1 Motor Stores.
