Two new Spies Hecker surfacers

Spies Hecker has introduced two new surfacers – Permasolid® HS Premium Surfacer 5310 in black and Permasolid® HS Wet-on-wet Surfacer 5330 in dark grey – to its range of classic surfacers.

Permasolid® HS Premium Surfacer 5310 in black

This new high-grade, two pack sanding surfacer has just been launched in black. Like its counterparts in white, light grey and dark grey, it has been formulated around acrylic resins, which deliver many of the surfacer’s outstanding benefits. In addition to its large application window, Permasolid® HS Premium Surfacer 5310 in black has excellent sanding properties and vertical stability. It also provides very high coverage together with outstanding filling power. Overall, it will give superior topcoat gloss retention.

All four colours of Permasolid® HS Premium Surfacer 5310 are suitable for use on steel, electroplated/roller galvanised steel, and offer extremely long pot life. They also have OEM warranty approval from the majority of vehicle manufacturers.

Permasolid® HS Wet-on-wet Surfacer 5330 in dark grey

This high-grade, VOC-compliant 2K surfacer is based on acrylic resins and has been specifically developed for rapid recoating with Permahyd Hi-TEC 480 basecoat as well as Permahyd 280/285 basecoat, making it extremely versatile with exceptional application properties. As it is applied wet-on-wet, it also is very efficient. Permasolid® HS Wet-on-wet Surfacer 5330 has excellent pot life and is also available in light grey.
