Unwanted growth for Farécla?

Things are getting hairy for Farécla. It’s nothing to do with the recession which Cameron this week declared the UK is officially out of, but the fact that a number of staff have agreed to join in with the Movember movement and not shave for a month to raise awareness of men’s health.

“Smooth finish and good polishing are attributes normally associated with the Farécla brand, but this month our usually razor sharp salesmen are letting their facial hair down to raise awareness and money for a very good cause,” said David Stokes, Marketing Manager, Farécla Products. “It’s early days yet, but I am sure by the end of the month we will have a totally unrecognisable team. When our new MD, Michael Haddon, said he had plans for growth, I’m not sure this was what he had in mind. Our discussions with him have focused on the new G3 Ultra product and the Farécla Premium Polishing System.”

During November each year, ‘Movember’ is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces in the UK and around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

There are very distinct rules. Each Mo Bro must begin the 1st of November with a clean shaven face. For the entire month each Mo Bro must grow and groom a moustache. There is to be no joining of the mo to the sideburns (that’s considered a beard), no joining of the handlebars to the chin (that’s considered a goatee) and each Mo Bro must conduct himself like a true gentleman.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be posting pictures of our team and their hair follicle progress on our ‘Hairécla’ site – see link below – to raise a smile, encourage donations and ensure that you recognise and don’t mistake them for representatives from less well polished companies.

If you’d like to support the charity please go to ‘Team Hairécla’s registered Movember page on http://uk.movember.com/mospace/3484865
