Nexa Autocolor improves Turbo Vision toners for faster, easier mixing

PPG has announced flow enhancements to the Nexa Autocolor Turbo Vision commercial transportation toner system available across EMEA.

The upgraded Nexa Autocolor Turbo Vision toners offer smoother pouring, quicker mixing and better equipment compatibility, while maintaining the same high-performance colour accuracy, durability and finish.

PPG says the updated toners address customer feedback about mixing efficiency. Customer trials have shown that the new formulation reduces manual mixing time by 30-40 per cent for certain colours and improves consistency across the entire colour range.

“Driven by our commitment to continuous innovation, we’ve refined our Nexa Autocolor Turbo Vision topcoat technology using the latest advancements,” said Christina Galvin, PPG global commercial transport product manager, Automotive Refinish.

“These improvements save time in the mixing room while maintaining the finish and performance our customers expect,” he added.
