Axalta introduces new Standox commercial vehicle topcoat

Axalta Coating Systems has introduced the Standox Standofleet HS Pro Topcoat, for the commercial vehicle and industrial markets in Europe.

According to Axalta, the Standofleet HS Pro Topcoat has an array of impressive benefits that significantly enhance the repair process for commercial vehicle and industrial businesses: innovative drying technology allows rapid baking or overnight air drying, reduced bake times and temperatures lower energy use and save costs, and a cutting-edge formula ensures glossy and durable results with seamless application.

The system can be integrated with existing Standox toners and hardeners with two innovative binders: Standofleet MIX 720 Binder HS Pro and Standofleet MIX 725 Binder HS Pro, as well as two new additives, Standofleet Pro Additive 5160 and Standofleet Pro Additive 5165 Slow.

It can be used across a range of commercial and industrial uses on everything from buses and coaches to concrete mixers and tank trucks.
