Delphi additions reinforce market leadership
Delphi continued its industry-leading new-to-range programme throughout 2025. Delivering a significant expansion to its product portfolio and reinforcing its commitment to being first-to-market, offering wide vehicle coverage and quality-led parts designed to support workshops, distributors and technicians across the sector.
In its steering and suspension, braking, engine management and electronics, fuel systems and diagnostics product groups, Delphi has added multiple new part numbers to help the aftermarket meet evolving repair demand, increase first-time fix rates and grow business opportunities.
Across its steering and suspension range, Delphi introduced more than 450 new SKUs in 2025, further strengthening its position as a coverage leader in key categories such as tie rods, ball joints, control arms, wishbones and stabiliser links, with continued development planned to support high-growth Chinese brands and wider portfolio growth.
Delphi’s braking portfolio was also significantly expanded in 2025 with over 380 new part numbers, including two accessory ranges and more than 75 first-to-market parts spanning Chinese brands, LCVs, electric vehicles and premium European applications.
Delphi says this breadth of coverage reinforces its position at the forefront of braking repair opportunities, allowing workshops to access newer vehicle applications sooner.
The brand’s engine management and electronics category saw the launch of 360 new sensors and related components last year, significantly strengthening coverage in emissions, safety and powertrain systems.
Robust growth in oxygen, exhaust gas temperature, NOx and ABS sensor applications – along with additions to components such as EGR valves and ignition coils – continues to support workshops tackling complex diagnostics and repair work.
The fuel systems range was broadened with 24 new SKUs in 2025, including Heavy-Duty Common Rail solutions backed by dedicated test plans for Euro 6 applications, while 25 new diagnostics & test equipment part numbers were launched to further enhance Delphi’s tooling and service offering.
Delphi adds that its ongoing focus on catalogue evolution, enhanced fitment data and comprehensive technical information ensures that these new parts are easy to identify and fit, supporting accurate part selection and faster, more reliable repairs.
